    Procedure and method for destroying personal information

    Revgene basically destroys the relevant information without hesitation after the purposes of personal information collection and utilization are achieved. The procedure and method are as follows:

    • Information provided by the user is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is fulfilled (separate document case for paper) and is destroyed after being saved for a certain period of time according to the reason for personal information storage following internal policies as well as the relevant laws (refer to the storage and utilization period).
    • Besides cases due to the relevant laws, the same personal information is not used for purposes other than the purpose of storage.
    Method of destruction
